It’s easy to keep on top of your CashLab accounts from anywhere. Use My Loans to view your balances and due dates, make repayments, extend a pawnbroking loan, and keep your details up to date—all in one place

Register for My Loans with your email and mobile.

Link your accounts using the QR code on your CashLab contract or by entering your contract number.

Sign in any time to manage your loans on the go.

With My Loans, you can:

  • See all your active CashLab accounts 24/7.
  • Check repayment schedules and due dates.
  • Make a repayment online with your debit card.
  • Find your current balance and payout/redeem amount.
  • Make an interest payment to extend a pawnbroking loan (where available).
  • Update your contact details.
  • Request support if you’re having difficulty making a payment.

Managing loans

Link your loan using the QR code on your contract. Once linked, you can:

  • View your loan details and due dates.
  • See your redeem/repurchase amount.
  • Make interest/fee payments to extend your loan (subject to store availability).

Managing personal finance loans

Check your repayment dates, see your balance, and make additional repayments whenever it suits you. If eligible, you may be able to request a limit increase or top-up—we’ll assess your request in line with our lending criteria.

Payments

Most personal finance repayments are scheduled to line up with your pay cycle. You can also make extra repayments online through My Loans or visit us in-store.

If money is tight

We understand things don’t always go to plan. If you’re experiencing financial difficulty, reach out early. We may be able to arrange options like adjusted repayments, temporary payment pauses, or extensions—depending on your situation and product type.

Your information is protected by secure sign-in and verification. We handle your personal data in line with Australian privacy requirements.
