We focus on high-value personal items with established secondary markets. This includes modern and vintage gold or platinum jewellery, diamond and coloured-stone pieces, and luxury watches—whether or not original papers are available. We can also consider select fine items on request where authenticity, condition, and provenance can be reasonably established.
To keep the service secure and efficient, we pre-screen all enquiries. As a guide, we typically consider items with an expected resale value of around $1,500 or more (flexible by piece). Provenance—such as original boxes, receipts, papers, or service history—can strengthen your submission. Clear photos are essential: front, back, and close-ups of clasps and hallmarks; for watches, include the movement where possible. We may request ID verification and proof of ownership before confirming an appointment, and we reserve the right to decline items that are ineligible or cannot be verified.

Your safety and privacy are central to our process. All visits are by appointment only—no cold calls or door-knocking—and are carried out by police-checked, ID-badged agents whose names and photos are shared with you in advance. Visits are insured, handling is discreet, and a support person such as a family member or carer is always welcome. Our testing is transparent and non-destructive, and we explain each
step so you can make an informed decision.
There is no charge to submit photos and a description for screening. Concierge visits are free within ourservice areas; a small call-out fee may apply outside metropolitan zones, which we will always confirm inadvance.
We only visit aged-care facilities at the invitation of the resident or their authorised representative, and with the facility’s permission. Appointments are held in appropriate, agreed locations—typically common rooms or private offices—so the process remains comfortable and transparent. We do not undertake unsolicited approaches or marketing within facilities.
